Book review: More Wishing-Chair Stories
“More Wishing-Chair Stories’ written by Enid Blyton is an interesting story about the fantastic adventures of Mollie and Peter with their pixie friend, Chinky, on the Wishing Chair.
Mollie and Peter begin their adventures with the Wishing Chair since they rescued a pixie, Chinky. Since then, they have been good friends and been traveling together.
This time Mollie and Peter are home for the mid-term break and Chinky and the Wishing Chair are ready to fly away with them to fun and magical lands. They visit many wonderful places such as the Land Of Wishes (where all their wishes come true) and Topsy- Turvy land (where it is very funny). But perhaps the most thrilling of all is helping Santa Claus deliver the presents on Christmas Eve!
I enjoyed reading this book. I like the places Mollie and Peter went, but of course, I would not want to go to Land Of Scally-Wags(where everyone do bad deeds like telling lies, stealing) as I want to be a good girl. The writer described the places and feelings so clearly that I thought I was in the adventures with Mollie and Peter.
I hope to go to Land Of Wishes so I can make a lot wishes and have all of them come true. I hope young children who read this book will enjoy it. I look forward to reading more of these books.

A ruminant is any hooved animal that digests its food in two steps, first by eating the raw material and regurgitating a semi-digested form known as cud, then eating (chewing) the cud, a process called ruminating. Ruminants include cattle, goats, sheep, camels, alpacas, llamas, giraffes, bison, buffalo, European bison, yaks, water buffalo, deer, wildebeest and antelope. The suborder Ruminantia includes all those except the camels and llamas, which are Tylopoda. Ruminants also share another anatomical feature in that they all have an even number of toes.
